SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION PROP INNOVATION COLLECTS
Prop Innovation collects the following information:
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When you create or edit your account, Prop Innovation collects and stores the personal information you submit during that process, such as your name and your email address.
Facebook Connect/Sign-In Services
Prop Innovation offers the option of logging into the Services through sign-in services, such as Facebook or Google. These services authenticate your identity and provide you with the option to share certain personal information. Prop Innovation collects information this way in accordance with the sign-in service provider’s policies and terms. This information may include (i) your name, (ii) your sign-in service user identification number or user name, (iii) your locale, including city, state, and country, (iv) your birthdate, and (v) your email address.
Billing and Payment Information
To access certain features of the Services, you must submit payment information. As part of this process, Prop Innovation collects your name, address, email address, and payment method. In addition, Prop Innovation and its third-party payment processor may collect additional payment, billing, and bank information that Prop Innovation or the third-party payment processor require to process authorized transactions. This payment information is used only to complete authorized transactions.
If you are a tenant or prospective tenant and use the Services to submit a rental application, you will be asked to provide typical personal information necessary for a landlord to evaluate your application, such as your name, email address, birthdate, phone number, mailing address, tenant history (including past addresses and landlord information), whether you have pets and how many, your vehicle information, your employment history, your current income information, whether or not you smoke, whether you have filed for bankruptcy in the past 7 years, whether you have been convicted of a felony, whether you have ever been evicted from a tenancy, and whether you have ever refused to pay rent. When you submit a rental application via the Services, you authorize Prop Innovation to disclose this information to the applicable landlord.
Credit Reports and Background Check Reports
If you are a tenant or prospective tenant and use the Services to order a credit check report or a background check report, you will be redirected from the Services to a third-party service provider and asked to provide personal information, such as your social security number and name, to allow that third-party service provider to run the necessary checks and generate the requested reports. Prop Innovation does not have access to the information you provide to the third-party service provider (e.g., your social security number), nor does Prop Innovation store this information on its servers. By using this feature, you authorize (i) the third-party service provider to share the results of your credit report and/or background check, and any resulting reports that it generates, with Prop Innovation, (ii) Prop Innovation and the third-party service provider to share those results and reports with the applicable landlord, and (iii) the applicable landlord to use those results and reports to evaluate your rental application. Once Prop Innovation receives a report from its third-party service provider, Prop Innovation will store a copy of that report for 58 days in order to provide adequate review time and then, at the end of that period, delete the report. Under the Terms of Service, the applicable landlord is required to only use those reports to evaluate you as a prospective tenant and in compliance with applicable laws.
When you contact customer service, Prop Innovation collects your name, email address, and other information submitted during that process. Prop Innovation uses this information to address your concerns and to improve the Services.
Prop Innovation acquires information about you if you participate in questionnaires, surveys, or contests related to the Services. Participation in these events is voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose the related information. But if you choose to participate, the event’s administrator uses this information to determine winners, award prizes, and generally manage the event, as applicable. Prop Innovation may also use this information to assist in the event’s administration, to monitor traffic, and to personalize and improve the Services.
Whenever anyone uses or accesses the Services, Prop Innovation’s servers automatically collect certain information, such as the IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. Prop Innovation uses this data to provide, measure, customize, develop, analyze, and improve the Services.
A cookie is a small text file that is transferred to your computer (including mobile device) to identify that computer and to “remember” things about your visit, such as your preferences, user name, and password. Information in a cookie may be linked to personal information, such as your user ID. Prop Innovation uses this information to improve the Services and to tailor recommendations to your interests. You can disable cookies at any time, although you may not be able to access or use certain features of the Services if you do so.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
Prop Innovation uses, or its third-party tracking utility partners use, a software technology called clear gifs (or “Web Beacons” or “Web Bugs”) that help manage content on Prop Innovation’s website by informing Prop Innovation what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on webpages and emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Prop Innovation may associate this information with your IP address or device identifier, but it does not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to your personal information.
When you use a mobile device to access the Services, Prop Innovation may access, collect, monitor, store on your device and remotely store “device identifiers.” Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device that uniquely identify your mobile device. A device identifier may be stored in connection with the device hardware, stored in connection with the device’s operating system or other software, or sent to the device by Prop Innovation. A device identifier may deliver information to Prop Innovation or to a third-party partner about how you use the Services and may help Prop Innovation or others provide or improve the Services. Some features of the Services may not function properly if the device identifiers are impaired or disabled.
Social Media and Widgets
App Data Collection
When you use Prop Innovation’s app, Prop Innovation collects and records certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, MAC address, IMEI, the version of your operating system, your device name, your email address, and your location. Prop Innovation also collects anonymous data about your interactions with the Services, the app, and other users. This information is associated with your user ID, IP address, and device ID. If you do not wish to allow this information to be tracked, you may turn it off at the device level. Please note that the Services may not work properly if Prop Innovation is unable to access some of this information.
Prop Innovation may send you push notifications through its Services to provide you with software updates and other Services-related notifications. You may opt-out of these communications by turning them off at the device level through your device’s settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of any information you submit to Prop Innovation.
